Due to the custom nature of our furniture and restoration services, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. For standard items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

Custom-made furniture and restoration services are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials that does not meet our quality standards.
